We start Oct 27th

REWIRE is a seven-week life-lab to close the gap between the mom you know you want to be, and actually being her…

So you don't pass down what you're trying to heal.

So you don't pass down what you're trying to heal.

AS SEEN IN...

And still… despite being highly self-aware and deeply committed to not becoming your mom

You understand your patterns, where they came from (thanks mom 🙄), and all the ways they interfere with your life.

here you are

JUDGING YOUR BODY
(anyone else pinching those mushy belly parts like me?!) when you know you should feel grateful and comfortable in your own skin

DISAPPEARING INTO YOUR OWN THOUGHTS
(like repeating the five tasks that popped into your head so you don’t forget them in the morning, or convincing yourself that your headache must be a brain tumor and then feeling anxious about passing on anxiety) when you know you should be more present in the moment, especially with your kid(s)

PUSHING THROUGH EXHAUSTION AND FEELING RESENTFUL
about the load you invisibly carry, even though you know you aren’t great at delegating or resting because no one does it like you would, and lying down makes you want to crawl out of your skin as your to-do list silently screams at you

GETTING DEFENSIVE WITH PARTNER OR SNAPPY WITH KIDS AGAIN
even though you know (thanks, therapy!) that they really aren’t the problem…but they sure do trigger you into reactivity and a subsequent shame spiral

Then you lie awake at night, terrified of your daughter spending her adult life untangling the exact same patterns you’re still trying to heal.

Which is frustrating because you’re so competent in other areas of your life.

You wonder why, with all your intelligence and drive can’t you choose a different reaction in the moments that matter?

I’ve been there too …

I’m a licensed mental health therapist and mindfulness teacher who spent thousands of hours and dollars on personal growth and professional training.

And yet, I’d push myself until my body took me out with a sickness I couldn’t ignore. Slip into defensiveness every time my husband made (what he thought was) a seemingly neutral comment about something that needed to be done around the house. And feel impatience and frustration ooze out of me when my daughters don’t follow my incredibly efficient timeline and plan.

Because worthiness tied to productivity and doing things ‘perfectly’ was part of my nervous system inheritance—a pattern learned long before I had any say in the matter.

Which means real, lasting change requires more than understanding why you do what you do.

It requires building your capacity to stay grounded and become a conscious operator of your own body and nervous system, rather than a passenger at the mercy of the cycles of thinking, feeling and doing that you are acutely aware aren’t serving you.

Your patterns don't just live in your thinking mind. Your body is part of the pattern, too.

The moment I found myself screaming at my mother (who I’m now estranged from) at the top of my lungs in a public city square twenty-four hours after rehearsing “boundary scripts” in therapy (as a therapist!) was the moment I fully came to understand that you cannot solve a pattern that originates and lives in the body with a cognitive strategy.

And that, my friend, is built in real-life…

not in the therapy sessions where the trigger is nowhere to be found, books stacked on your nightstand that aren’t saying anything you don’t already know, or podcast episodes you’ve got saved to try and implement later when you have “more time” to relate.

You don't need to understand your patterns better.

You need somewhere to practice changing them at the root level.

Rewire

is that somewhere

Here’s how you’ll REWIRE

Pick your pattern

Rather than trying to change everything about yourself in seven weeks (spoiler: you can’t), you’ll choose one pattern that keeps repeating that you’re ready to REWIRE—and the new way of BEing you want to cultivate in its place.

For example: anxiety, reactivity, self-criticism, perfectionism, overfunctioning, people-pleasing, guilt around your needs or boundaries, or difficulty resting or receiving support.

Map it + catch it

You probably already know what you do (and likely even why you do it). REWIRE helps you understand how the pattern actually unfolds in your nervous system and body, so you can start working with it where it’s actually happening.

As you learn the unique language of your body and how your nervous system operates, you’ll get better at recognizing the pattern. The goal isn’t to catch it perfectly every time. It’s to increasingly recognize “Oh, I’m in it” and know what to do next.

To help this process, you’ll receive Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and the Coregeous® Ball – my go-to tool for getting out of your head and into your body that you can actually pull out and use for a few minutes in the middle of your real life.

Tend to it & practice a new way of being

Rewiring isn’t just about trying to stop being reactive, anxious, perfectionistic or people-pleasing. It’s about deliberately practicing who you want to BE instead—grounded, playful, trusting, boundaried, present, self-led—in the very moments when the old pattern would typically take over.

This requires you to meet yourself differently when the old pattern shows up.

Instead of judging or overriding yourself, or demanding that you “do better,” you’ll practice bringing mindfulness, discernment, and self-compassion to what’s actually happening—and learn how to give yourself the support you need in that moment.

Sometimes you’ll be able to do this while the pattern is unfolding, and sometimes you’ll realize what happened ten minutes or two hours later. Either way, you’re practicing a different relationship with the pattern and rewiring a different way of being instead of adding another layer of shame because you did the thing you promised yourself you wouldn’t do again.

This is where your life becomes
your laboratory.

Instead of talking more about your childhood, analyzing your triggers, or rehearsing what you should do in a moment of calm, you’ll practice in real life: the 5:40 p.m. meltdown when the pasta isn’t ready yet, the dirty coffee mug staring at you from the counter that somehow feels like a personal attack from your partner, or the text from your mom that derails your whole day.

Your body will do what your body does, and you won’t get it “right” every time. Instead of using those moments as evidence against yourself, you’ll use them as data.

Then you’ll bring those real-life moments back to the group so we can look at what happened, make adjustments, and send you back out to try again. And when you do this in a room full of other women saying, “Oh—that’s exactly what happens to me at bath time,” the private conviction that this pattern is your own personal failing starts to fall apart.

Seven weeks of noticing, tending, practicing, bringing it back, adjusting and trying again is how you put in the reps to create a different response in the moments that actually matter—rather than just learning more about why you do what you do.

Ultimately, you’ll stop trying to intellectualize your way out of patterns that no longer serve you and learn how to actually work with them—one at a time.

So you can stop passing on what you were handed and start showing your daughter something different.

And once you know how to REWIRE one pattern, you’ll have a process you can return to with the next one.

"I can feel the shift when things with my mom don’t hit me the same way.

Sarah has a way of taking these big, complex ideas and making them feel incredibly accessible.

I can actually hold onto what she’s teaching and think, ‘Yes, that’s true—and I can do something about it.’ I leave with an actual takeaway, not just more information.

Wondering how this will fit into your schedule?

As a mom of two girls, running a business and a household, I get that fitting one more thing into your calendar can feel like an unwinnable game of Tetris. Here's the good news:

Rewiring in real-time as you go about your real-life isn’t just the most effective way to create lasting change, it’s also the most efficient and realistic.

You’re not trying to add a new ‘miracle’ routine on top of your day, you’re using the day & whatever it’s going to bring.

Tuesdays at 1pm ET from Oct 27 to Dec 8

This is where you’ll share the patterns as they play out (aka a 2 min message in the moment you experience the thing you’re trying to shift… yet again). The practice of catching it, sharing, adjusting, and going again gives you the repetition and support to help your nervous system learn a different response over time.

You’ll be surprised at how differently you’ll be responding by the Holidays if you commit to:

Attending 7x weekly live calls

These are a mix of interactive workshops and labs where you’ll actively learn the process, then apply it to what’s actually happening in your week. And because #momlife almost guarantees you’ll miss a call or two, the community space is available for you to access between call support, and all replays will be available by video or spotify podcast.

Checking into to the community 1-2 times a week

Right now, your brain might be saying: ‘yeah right... how is seven weeks going to change something I’ve been trying to change for years?’

Fair… and good. Skepticism and parts trying to talk you out of changing means your nervous system is doing what it’s meant to do - keep you safe by keeping you in patterns that are known, even if they are no longer serving you.

And, the reason it’s been years is because you’ve been in The Self-Awareness Trap – mistaking understanding for action and getting stuck in your head consuming information about your patterns and analyzing your past, rather than turning toward your body and DOing the things that’ll actually create meaningful change.

works because it gets you out of the thinking loops you’ve already done a million and one times over and helps you tend to the pattern in your body, while it’s actually running, so you can practice being the mom you want to be.

"This has made me a better mom and wife, but more importantly, it’s awakening me to who I really am."
- Caitlin

Hi, I’m

I’m also a daughter who is currently estranged from my own mother, so I get the ‘fun’ layer of anxiety around passing down the same patterns that you’re well aware of and are so desperate to change (iykyk!).

And while I used to think, ‘why me?’ Why am I the one who has to be the pattern-breaker for this whole line? I get now that the pain of the patterns passed down was a gift, because it woke me up to intentionally choosing what kind of generational baton I pass down to my girls.

A seeker, wife, mom of two girls (and new puppy), licensed therapist, yoga & mindfulness teacher, & certified nervous system practitioner.

Sarah

Which is made possible because I can access support, tools, and science that my mother didn’t have, and that her mother couldn’t have even imagined. Support, tools, and science that allow me to become the healthy resource of attuned presence and compassion (not martyrdom or guilt-ridden exhaustion) for my daughters – and for the daughter in me that needs that too.

As a result, I am genuinely off the hamster wheel of chasing an “I’ll feel better when” and live and feel WELL in the life and season that I’m in now - not because everything is unicorns and rainbows, but because my nervous system is no longer operating in survival mode. I have deep gratitude and compassion for my body, instead of intense self-criticism and resentment. My husband no longer regularly triggers defensiveness rooted in shame and feeling like I’m not enough. And my relationship with rest has changed dramatically (but is what I’ll be bringing to REWIRE, as it’s still something I feel like I need to earn- which is not something I want my girls to inherit!)

But none of this happened until I stopped trying to think my way into changing (hello, good student) and started turning towards my body to heal the patterns my nervous system had learned.

That’s the work we do in REWIRE,
and I’d love to have you join me.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

questions

When are the live calls? And what if I can’t attend?

These aren’t seven weeks of sitting on Zoom listening to me teach you more things to know or process while you multitask in the background (hi, it’s me!).

Each week will include a mix of teaching, body-based practice, reflection and real-life application. In the first few weeks, I’ll teach you the REWIRE process: how to identify the pattern you want to work with, map how it shows up in your body and nervous system, catch it as it’s happening, and tend to yourself differently when it does.

Then we turn your actual life into the lab.

You’ll bring in what’s happening between calls—the moment you snapped at your kid, couldn’t stop obsessing about the text your friend sent, said yes when you wanted to say no, or found yourself cleaning the kitchen instead of sitting down and taking that well deserved break—and we’ll get curious about it together.

What happened? What did you notice? Where did you lose access to the way you wanted to BE? What helped? What didn’t? And what can you practice the next time the pattern shows up?

You’ll leave each call with something specific to notice, practice or experiment with in your real life that week.

I've already done years of therapy/personal growth. How is this different?

Perfect. REWIRE is designed for the woman who already has a lot of self-awareness.

You probably know where your patterns came from. You can identify your triggers. You may even know exactly what you should do differently, and when the stars seemingly align, you even have examples of times you’ve successfully done it differently. The frustrating part is it’s not consistent and all of that insight can disappear the second the pattern is actually running.

REWIRE isn’t about giving you more insight into why you are the way you are. It’s about helping you close the gap between knowing and doing.

We’ll pay attention to how your patterns show up in your body, learn how to recognize and tend to them as they’re happening, and then practice another way of BEing in the real-life moments where your old response usually takes over.

Therapy can be incredibly valuable—I’m a therapist myself. REWIRE simply has a different job: less talking about and analyzing the pattern and more practicing what you want to do differently when the pattern actually shows up.

Can I really change a lifelong pattern in seven weeks?

Seven weeks isn’t going to erase a lifelong pattern or guarantee that you’ll never get anxious, reactive, perfectionistic or people-pleasing again. That’s not what I’m promising. And spoiler alert—you don’t actually want to completely turn those patterns off. They developed as survival strategies for a reason, and at some point, they helped protect you or get your needs met.

What seven weeks does give us is enough time to take one specific pattern out of the realm of “this is something I know I do and am struggling to change” and actively work with it in your body—not just understand it intellectually.

You’ll learn to recognize how the pattern unfolds in you, catch it earlier, tend to yourself when it shows up, experiment with a different response, notice what happens, bring it back for support, adjust and try again.

Those repetitions matter, because that’s how change happens.

The goal isn’t to leave REWIRE having permanently “fixed” yourself. It’s to be responding differently more often and to leave knowing how to work with a pattern when it shows up—so you have a process you can continue using long after our seven weeks together.

I'm not sure I can justify the investment right now, will there be a future round?

I want to invite you to get curious about the word justify.

Because money is another place where we have patterns—and so many of our beliefs about money are tangled up with what we learned from our mothers and the women who came before us. I often say that our mother wound and our money wound are deeply connected.

We inherit rules about what is “worth” spending money on, what counts as necessary versus indulgent, how much we’re allowed to invest in ourselves, and whether our own care gets to take up space in the family budget.

And for a lot of women, “I’ll do it later” is a very familiar pattern. We push ourselves and our own needs to the next season—when things calm down, when there’s more time, when there’s more money, when everyone else needs a little less from us.

Meanwhile, we’ll spend exorbitant amounts of money on our kids’ activities without nearly the same internal debate (don’t ask me what I spent on an art class for my daughter!).

It’s not necessarily that we have a rule about spending money. We may have a very different rule about spending money on ourselves.

So before you decide, I’d simply invite you to notice: Is this a clear, grounded “not right now”—or is this the familiar pattern of putting yourself and the things that matter to you at the bottom of the list?

Only you know the answer, and I don’t want you overriding your own knowing to join REWIRE. If $497 genuinely isn’t a responsible investment for you or your family right now, trust that.

And yes, I plan to run REWIRE again in 2027. So if this is truly a not now, there will be another opportunity.

But if you recognize that delaying yourself is part of the very pattern you’re ready to change, now is your opportunity to practice something different.

What kind of pattern should I bring into REWIRE?

Choose something specific, repetitive and currently impacting your life—the thing you’re already aware of and genuinely ready to work on.

Maybe you keep losing your patience with your kids even though you desperately want to respond more calmly. You overthink social interactions for hours afterward. You automatically say yes and then feel resentful. You know you need rest but feel guilty or agitated when you stop. You become defensive with your partner. You criticize your body. You overfunction, overprepare or try to do everything perfectly because letting something drop feels almost impossible.

You don’t need to arrive with the perfect label for it. We’ll help you get specific about the pattern you want to change and the way you want to BE instead.

Do I need to work on something to do with my kids, or can it be any pattern?

It can be ANY pattern that affects how you experience your life and the people in it.

Your pattern might show up most strongly with your kids, but it could just as easily show up with your partner, your mother, your friends, your work—or in the relationship you have with yourself.

Because what your daughter inherits isn’t limited to how you directly parent her. She’s also watching how you speak to yourself, whether you trust yourself, how you handle mistakes, whether you allow yourself to rest, how you meet your needs (or don’t!), how you set boundaries, and how you move through hard moments.

REWIRE has everything and nothing to do with parenting. I’m not going to teach you parenting scripts, discipline strategies, or what to say when your kid is melting down. Instead, we’re working with the person using the scripts and strategies: you.

Because I believe (and know personally and professionally) that one of the most impactful things you can do for your parenting is change what you embody and model—how you relate to yourself, how you respond when things get hard, and what your daughter experiences from you in the moments that matter.

So no, you don’t need to bring a “parenting problem” into REWIRE. You bring the pattern you’re ready to change. The impact of changing it extends far beyond you.

I'm already overwhelmed. How much time will this take?

REWIRE is intentionally designed not to become another self-improvement project you have to squeeze into an already packed life.

You’ll have one live call each Tuesday at 1 p.m., and I recommend checking into the community once or twice during the week. That might be as simple as dropping a two-minute message after the exact pattern you’re working on happens: “Okay, it just happened again. Here’s what I noticed…”

Beyond that, your practice happens inside the life you’re already living.

You don’t need an hour-long morning routine or a perfectly quiet house. The kid meltdown, the text from your mom, the urge to people-please, the guilt when you sit down, the moment you hear yourself getting defensive, or even the tendency you have to not hold the boundary around the REWIRE weekly call that you put on your calendar —that is the practice.

There will also be bite-sized practices in the REWIRE Practice Library that you can use in under ten minutes when you need in-the-moment tools. And because #momlife happens, if you miss a live call, you’ll have access to the call replays until the end of January 2027.

What happens after the seven weeks?

My goal is that REWIRE gives you something much more useful than seven weeks of feeling motivated while you’re in a program: a repeatable process for working with your patterns.

We’ll spend these seven weeks focused on one pattern so you can really learn the process rather than spreading your attention across everything you want to change. From there, you can continue practicing with that pattern for as long as you need—or take what you’ve learned and begin applying the same process to another area of your life.

REWIRE isn’t about arriving at some finished version of yourself. It’s about knowing how to keep practicing who you want to BE.

And if you want continued community and support while you do that, you’ll have the option to join FLOURISH, my ongoing community for women practicing this work in real life. As a FLOURISH member, you’ll also be able to join future rounds of REWIRE, giving you the opportunity to come back to the process with a new pattern and keep putting in the reps.

How long will I have access to the call recordings and Practice Library?

You’ll have access to all seven call recordings and the REWIRE Practice Library through the end of January 2027, giving you plenty of time after our live experience ends on December 8th to revisit anything you want to practice again. This ‘expiry date’ also gives you the nudge to not fall into the trap of “I’ll take care of myself later, when xyz.”

The calls will be available by video and private podcast, so you can revisit them in whatever way works best for you.

What are Yoga Tune Up® balls and how do they help with REWIRE?

Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and the Coregeous® Ball are my go-to favorite self-care and embodiment tools that I’ve used and taught with for over a decade, and a set will be sent directly to you as part of REWIRE.

We’ll use them as one way to get out of your head and into direct experience with your body—to slow down, notice sensation, learn the unique language of your body, and practice paying attention to what’s actually happening inside you.

Think of them as another practical way to build the body awareness that supports the larger REWIRE process—and something you can actually pull out and use for a few minutes in the middle of your real life.

You already know the pattern, where it came from, and exactly how you wish you responded instead.

REWIRE is where you close the gap between the mom you know you want to be and actually BEing her

Doors close Oct 15th. We start Oct 27th
