In these one-on-one sessions, I blend somatic practices, mindfulness, and therapeutic coaching to help you move beyond the patterns that keep you stuck.

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are and provide you with practical tools that you can integrate right away.

While each client’s journey is unique, it’s likely that in three sessions we’ll:

Identify what’s keeping you stuck in old patterns (the survival strategies you’ve outgrown)


Use body-based practices to regulate your nervous system and expand your capacity


Shift the way you relate to yourself, so you can step into the version of you that feels calm, confident, and wholeietal and cultural contributors to this “status quo” of motherhood.

These 1:1 sessions are for moms who are cravinging a safe space to be fully seen and receive personalized support (and resources) to navigating a specific transition, challenge, or desire.
